Monday – Friday: 11:00 AM – 07:00 PM, Saturday: 10:00 AM – 07:00 PM, Sunday: Closed.
3. Do you ship outside the USA?
No, we currently only ship within the USA.
4. How much is shipping?
We offer free shipping on all orders within the USA.
5. How long does shipping take?
Transit time is 3–5 business days after processing.
6. How long does order processing take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday).
7. What is your order cut-off time?
Orders placed after 5:00 PM (CST) will be processed the next business day.
8. How do I track my order?
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
9. What is your return policy?
You may return items if they are new, unused, and in original condition.
10. Who pays for return shipping?
If the return is due to our fault or a carrier issue, we cover it. For personal reasons, the customer pays return shipping.
